The infantry and the steel vehicles charged together to rip apart the line of defence.
More than eight decades later, Kharkiv remains on the front lines of war. From the tanks of World War II to the drones of today, the streets are as bullet-scarred as ever. The city has always been breathing under the crossfire of history.
