Napoleon's Old Guard 12 pound Artillery

On 8 March 1802, Napoleon Bonaparte issued a decree supplementing the new organization of the Guards. According to article 1, the defense artillery shall consist of "a cavalry artillery brigade, a staff officer and a battery of infantry artilleries." Soon after, Napoleon increased the number of his company. Each battalion usually carries twice as much ammunition. Each company consisted of 6 or 12 pound artillery.

1802年3月8日,拿破仑·波拿巴颁布了一项法令,补充了近卫军的新组织。根据第一条,近卫炮兵应包括“骑炮兵中队、参谋和步炮兵连。”不久之后,拿破仑增加了连队的数量。每个连队通常携带双倍的弹药。每个连队由6磅或12磅大炮组成。
